Artículo segundo. Autorízase al Gobierno para que por conducto del Departamento Nacional de Provisiones y con la intervención de la Contraloría General de la República, proceda a vender al Banco de la República, conforme a avalúo pericial que previamente se debe practicar, las maquinarias y elementos pertenecientes a la dependencia suprimida que en concepto del Director de la Imprenta Nacional, no sean utilizables en este último establecimiento oficial.
