Art 9°. Las servidumbres discontinuas de todas clases y las continuas inaparentes sólo pueden adquirirse por medio de un título; ni aun el goce inmemorial bastará para constituirlas.

Las servidumbres continuas y aparentes pueden constituirse por título ó por prescripción de diez años, contados como para la adquisición del dominio de fundos.
