Artículo decimoctavo. Servidumbre . En toda resolución de adjudicación de baldíos, se hará constar que los terrenos de cuyo dominio se desprende el Estado quedan sujetos a las servidumbres pasivas para la construcción de vías, acueductos, canales de irrigación o drenaje, del orden nacional, departamental o municipal, necesarias para la adecuada explotación de los fundos.
