Modifíquese el artículo primero del Decreto 2673 del 28 de diciembre de 1999, en el sentido de ampliar hasta el 30 de diciembre del año 2000, el término establecido para que el Ministerio de Salud conjuntamente con el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público elabore el cálculo del monto del Pasivo Prestacional del Sector Salud, así como el porcentaje de la concurrencia de que trata el artículo 33 de la Ley 60 de 1993, con base en los criterios establecidos en el Decreto 530 de 1994.
