º . Cuando la diferencia sea entre Departamentos, la Comisión demarcadora se compondrá de sendos ingenieros tomados de ternas que presentarán las Diputaciones Senatoriales de los Departamentos interesados, y de uno más elegido directamente por el Senado. El último no podrá ser tomado de las ternas presentadas.

Parágrafo

Cuando en las diferencias se halle interesada una Intendencia o Comisaría, la terna para la escogencia del' perito demarcador la presentará al Senado el Ministro de Gobierno.
