Dictado el auto cabeza de proceso y realizadas las diligencias que sea posible efectuar sin la presencia del sindicado, se suspende el procedimiento hasta que la captura se realice. Para dar cumplimiento a la orden de captura, el funcionario de instrucción puede solicitar el apoyo de todas las autoridades militares y civiles que estén en capacidad de prestarlo.
