Artículo único. Derógase el artículo 12 de la lei 61 de 1874, adicional al Título X del Código Fiscal, en cuanto dispone que las adjudicaciones de terrenos baldíos que midan una superficie mayor de doscientas hectareas, se hagan en lotes cuadrados.
