Art. 1.° Declárase dia clásico para la República el 24 de Julio de 1883.
Parágrafo
El Poder Ejecutivo dispondrá la celebracion de este dia en todos los distritos de la República, para lo cual se pondrá de acuerdo con los Gobiernos de los Estados.
