Para efectos de formalizar el intercambio de información, de manera ágil, oportuna y confiable, las entidades públicas o los particulares encargados de una función administrativa podrán emplear el mecanismo que consideren idóneo para el efecto, tales como cronograma de entrega, plan de trabajo, protocolo o convenio, entre otros".
