° El transporte de las mercancías consignadas a la Corporación de Ferias y Exposiciones S.A. de Bogotá, se hará desde el puerto de arribo hasta la Zona Franca aduanera por intermedio de compañías debidamente autorizadas para transportar mercancías sin nacionalizar, las autoridades portuarias y aduaneras del lugar de llegada procederán al despacho inmediato de los cargamentos destinados a la Feria.
