Contratación de vehículos . Cuando una empresa no sea propietaria de los vehículos, para la prestación del Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor de Carga, podrá celebrar el respectivo contrato de vinculación conforme al artículo 983 del Código de Comercio.
