para complementar las labores del centro piloto y la escuela nacional de adiestramiento en defensa de aguas y repoblación forestal, el ministerio de agricultura creara y sostendrá seis becas para 76890 bachilleres del departamento de caldas y una beca por cada uno de los otros diez y seis departamentos, para ser distribuidas por iguales partes entre el instituto forestal de la universidad nacional y la universidad " Jorge Tadeo lozano". Estos becados tendrán la obligación de prestar sus servicios durante dos años en el centro piloto de adiestramiento en defensa de aguas y repoblación forestal que por esta ley se crea.
