Art. 93. Del registro se formarán tres ejemplares, uno de los cuales será remitido al Juez de escrutinios del Distrito electoral, y los otros dos en esta forma:

Cuando se hiciere elección de Diputados a las Asambleas de Representantes y de Electores, uno al Presidente de la Junta electoral del respectivo Distrito electoral y el otro al Gobernador del Departamento; cuando se hiciere la de Concejeros municipales un ejemplar se remitirá al Prefecto de la Provincia y el otro se custodiará en el archivo del Concejo Municipal.
