Art. 14. Serán castigados como cómplices de todo acto definido por el Código Penal como delito, lo que con discursos, gritos o amenazas proferidos en lugares públicos o con escritos o impresos vendidos, distribuidos o expuestos en estos mismos lugares, hayan provocado directamente al autor o autores de dicho acto a ejecutarlo, siempre que haya dado resultado, por la consumación del hecho punible, o por la realización de un delito frustrado o una tentativa, según la definición del Código Penal.
