Designar como alcalde ad hoc del municipio de Gámbita, Santander, al doctor Óscar René Durán Acevedo, identificado con la cédula de ciudadanía número 91276389, quien se desempeña en el cargo de jefe de oficina, Código 006, Grado 02 de la planta de empleos del Despacho del Gobernador de Santander, para participar en la defensa de los derechos colectivos en la Acción Popular con radicado 2022-00012-00, admitida el 16 de febrero de 2022 por el Juzgado Segundo Civil del Circuito del Socorro - Santander, de conformidad con lo señalado en la parte motiva del presente decreto.
