Parágrafo

al artículo 2° del Decreto 1929 de 2007, el cual queda así: "

Parágrafo

Cuando el obligado a facturar tenga la categoría de Microempresa o Pequeña Empresa y con el fin de asegurar la aplicación de los principios mencionados en el proceso de facturación electrónica, este podrá optar por certificarse en la norma NTC 6001:2008 o las normas que la sustituyan o adicionen. Cuando se superen los parámetros establecidos para estas categorías, y el obligado opte por seguir facturando electrónicamente, deberá obtener la certificación en la norma NTC ISO-9001:2008 o las normas que la sustituyan o adicionen".
