En el caso de pagos o abonos en cuenta por conceptos sometidos a retención en la fuente, que se efectúen a través de sociedades fiduciarias, la sociedad fiduciaria. efectuará la retención teniendo en cuenta para ello los porcentajes y demás previsiones de que tratan las normas vigentes.
