Los propietarios de las instalaciones existentes la fecha de la publicación del presente Decreto, tendrán un término de un (1) año contado a partir de la notificación de las observaciones formuladas por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía para adquirir e instalar los equipos de seguridad aquí previstos y hacer las adecuaciones necesarias de acuerdo con las exigencias de este Ministerio.
