El Banco Ganadero deberá mantener un Departamento Técnico especial, dedicado a la vigilancia y control de las inversiones, y a la asistencia técnica a los ganaderos, para conseguir un mejor rendimiento de la producción pecuaria, y para garantizar que la aplicación de los préstamos no se desvíe de los fines señalados en la presente Ley.
