Las Asambleas se reunirán extraordinariamente cuando sean convocadas por los respectivos Gobernadores. En estas sesiones se ocuparán preferentemente en los asuntos sometidos a su consideración por dichos Gobernadores, y después, en los otros que estiren conveniente.
En tales casos el Gobernador fijará el tiempo de duración de las sesiones.
