Art. 10. El artículo 81 de la Ley 30 de 25 de Febrero de 1888 quedará así:

"Art. 31. Dorógase expresamente el artículo 187 de la Ley 153 de 1887 , y se declara que por los delitos de estupro, de fuerza y violencia y de corrupción de jóvenes se debe proceder de oficio en todo caso".
