Competencia para ordenar la suspensión o cancelación del registro sanitario. El Invima o la autoridad que expidió el registro sanitario podrán mediante resolución motivada, decretar la suspensión o cancelación del respectivo registro, con base en la persistencia de la situación sanitaria objeto de las anteriores sanciones, en la gravedad que represente la situación sanitaria o en las causales determinadas en el presente decreto.
