El Instituto de Crédito Territorial efectuará préstamos no inferiores del veinte por ciento (20%) de sus entradas para la vivienda urbana, con plazo máximo de diez años y una rata de interés máxima de cuatro por ciento (4%) anual, a las cooperativas de habitaciones establecidas o que se establezcan en el país.
