De las Unidades de Gestión: Sin perjuicio de la autonomía presupuestal y contractual del FFIE, al momento de celebrarse el contrato de fiducia mercantil para la constitución de patrimonios autónomos, deberá preverse la conformación de unidades de gestión integradas por profesionales idóneos, que tendrán como objetivo garantizar la planeación, diseño, implementación, desarrollo, y seguimiento de los esquemas necesarios para la ejecución de los proyectos de infraestructura educativa.
