Se condenará en todo caso al delincuente al pago de los gastos del proceso, y cuando fuera varios los responsables de un mismo delito, quedan obligados solidariamente al pago de aquellos como al de las indemnizaciones y restituciones.

El Gobierno formará un arancel para el pago de los gastos de los procesos criminales, cuyo producto se destina al mejoramiento de las cárceles.
