Para efectos de lo previsto en este capítulo, el Gobierno Nacional deberá establecer la metodología para el diseño y ejecución de programas educativos especiales de carácter individual según el tipo de discapacidad, que garanticen el ambiente menos restrictivo para la formación integral de las personas con en situación de discapacidad.
