Cubrimiento de la garantía. La garantía de la Nación sobre las operaciones de seguro de crédito a la exportación que amparen riesgos políticos y extraordinarios solamente se hará efectiva cuando resulte insuficiente o se agote la reserva técnica a la cual se refiere el artículo 2.16.1.4.1. del presente decreto.

Artículo 2.16.1.1.3. Cubrimiento de la Garantía. La garantía de la Nación sobre las operaciones de seguro de crédito a las exportaciones que amparen riesgos políticos y extraordinarios, solamente se hará efectiva cuando resulte insuficiente o se agote la reserva técnica a la cual se refiere el artículo 2.16.1.4.1. del presente título.
