Los Certificados de Reembolso Tributario, CERT, que se expidan a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto caducarán el 31 de diciembre de 2008 y solamente dentro de este término podrán negociarse libremente o utilizarse para el pago de impuestos, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 10 del Decreto 636 de 1984.
