Promoción de acceso a la vivienda para población joven. Dentro de los programas de acceso a Vivienda de Interés Social (VIS) y no VIS, el Gobierno nacional desarrollará estrategias o acciones dirigidas a facilitar el acceso por primera vez a vivienda para población joven, incluso hasta los 35 años.
El Gobierno nacional reglamentará esta disposición.
