Designación de delegados. Los Ministros y demás autoridades nacionales que tengan facultades para designar delegados suyos, comunicarán a la Junta Directiva el nombre del delegado, y podrán llevar a las sesiones en que concurran a la persona que en forma permanente o temporal deba cumplir dicha delegación. En ningún caso podrán designarse delegados que estén dentro de las inhabilidades de que trata el artículo 15 de estos Estatutos.
