Artículo primero. Los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarías quedan autorizados para poner en vigencia, desde la fecha de este Decreto, los impuestos de consumo de licores extranjeros de que trata el artículo primero del Decreto número 812, de 9 de marzo de 1950.
