MADRES COMUNITARIAS, FAMIS Y SUSTITUTAS. La Madres Comunitarias, Famis y Sustitutas que ostentaban esta condición entre el 29 de enero de 2003 y el 14 de abril de 2008 y no tuvieron acceso al Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, durante este periodo podrán beneficiarse del pago del valor actuarial de las cotizaciones para el citado periodo, conforme lo establece el artículo 166 de la Ley 1450 de 2011.
