ARTICULO 22. Control de la aduana. Corresponde a la Dirección General de Aduanas del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público la liquidación y recaudo de los impuestos que se causen y la investigación de cualquier infracción producida en la aplicación de las normas aquí establecidas.

Decreto 2148 de 1991 · por el cual se establecen las normas aplicables a la importación de vehículos automóviles, equipajes y menajes que realicen las embajadas o sedes oficiales, los Agentes diplomáticos, consulares y de organismos internacionales acreditados en el país y los funcionarios colombianos que regresen al término de su misión.
