Enfoque diferencial. La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas dispondrá lo necesario para que se conserve el criterio preferencial que se dio durante las actuaciones administrativas del registro, en las entidades e instancias que por competencia y responsabilidad legal deban desarrollar procesos o atender la situación de las personas a quienes se les aplicó el mismo, de acuerdo con la Ley 1448 de 2011.
