Art. 2.° El tribunal que debe servir este distrito residirá en la ciudad de Santamarta que será la capital, i se compondra de los siguientes empleados: dos ministros jueces; un fiscal; un secretario; un oficial; un portero escribiente, i los demas subalternos que las respectivas Cámaras tengan a bien establecer, como les es potestativo por el artículo 5. ° de dicha lei de 4 de mayo último.
