La promoción en la carrera se podrá efectuar mediante concurso de ascenso, curso concurso, calificación de servicios y experiencia por antigüedad en la administración de justicia, según la ponderación que a estos factores señale la Escuela Judicial, conforme al escalafón de la carrera y de acuerdo con los reglamentos que al efecto se expidan.
