°. Administración. El Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, administrará los recursos del programa bajo Convenio con la Nación – Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.

Parágrafo

La implementación y operatividad del presente programa será establecido a través del reglamento operativo a ser expedido por los Ministerios de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y Hacienda y Crédito Público.
