Aprovechamiento de recursos pesqueros. El aprovechamiento de los recursos pesqueros existentes en las lagunas, ciénagas, meandros y embalses se realizará, preferentemente, por pescadores artesanales que cuenten con el permiso de Pesca Artesanal otorgado por la AUNAP, bien estén jurídicamente organizados, o adelanten su actividad de manera independiente.

Artículo 2.16.5.2.1.5. Aprovechamiento de recursos pesqueros. El aprovechamiento de los recursos pesqueros existentes en las lagunas, ciénagas, meandros y embalses se realizará, preferencialmente, por pescadores artesanales jurídicamente organizados, en forma independiente o asociados con la Aunap.
