Como representante legal de la Empresa al Gerente le corresponderá ejecutar y hacer ejecutar las operaciones comprendidas dentro de los fines de ésta. Para el cumplimiento de determinados actos, operaciones o contratos y para la representación en juicio con las facultades generales de los apoderados, el Gerente podrá delegar la representación de la Empresa a cualquier persona, con la aprobación de la Junta Directiva.
