Las resoluciones que sobre renuncia a la persecución penal sean adoptadas por la Sala de Definición de Situaciones Jurídicas podrán ser recurridas en reposición ante la misma Sala, y en apelación ante la Sección de Apelaciones del Tribunal para la Paz a solicitud del destinatario de la resolución, de las víctimas con interés directo y legítimo o sus representantes.
