Créanse dos puestos más de Practicantes para cada uno de los Lazaretos de Agua de Dios y Contratación, y señalase como sueldo a estos empleados y a los que existen en la actualidad bajo la misma denominación en dichos Leprosorios, la suma de cien pesos ($ 100) mensuales a cada uno.
