Organización tipo . Las Direcciones Seccionales del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad tienen según el caso, la siguiente estructura

Dirección Seccional

Subdirección.

Asesoría Jurídica.

Sección o Grupo de Inteligencia.

Sección o Grupo de Investigación y Seguridad Rural.

Sección o Grupo de Protección.

Sección o Grupo de Extranjería.

Sección o Grupo de Recursos Humanos.

Sección o Grupo de Servicios Administrativos.

Inspección Delegada.

Parágrafo

El Jefe del Departamento, puede, cuando las circunstancias lo exijan, fusionar las secciones o grupos y establecer grupos dentro de las secciones.
