º . Traslado de reservas. Los Fondo de Pensiones Territoriales, deberán acordar con las cajas, fondos o entidades de previsión sustituidas, así como con las entidades públicas territoriales que tienen a su cargo el pago de pensiones, el monto y la forma en que se trasladarán los recursos y las reservas al Fondo correspondiente.
