En el término de seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, editará un boletín relacionando las matrículas expedidas. En los tres (3) primeros meses de cada año, se editará un boletín relacionando las matrículas expedidas en el año Inmediatamente anterior; que será vendido a los interesados a precio de costo.
