º . Llegada de la mercancía al territorio aduanero nacional. La llegada de alimentos de consumo humano y animal al departamento de La Guajira, con el beneficio de la exención del IVA establecido en el artículo 56 de la Ley 1111 de 2006, deberá cumplir las condiciones y requisitos establecidos en el Capítulo II y Sección I del Capítulo VI del Título V del Decreto 2685 de 1999, en lo que les sea aplicable.
