° Para el discernimiento del título de doctor en derecho es necesario que el estudiante haya aprobado todas las asignaturas del programa, superado los exámenes preparatorios, o los cursos de especialización, escrito una tesis de grado y prestado un año de judicatura o servicio profesional obligatorio.
