Contra las decisiones disciplinarias proceden los recursos de reposición, apelación y de hecho que deberán interponerse dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la notificación. Los recursos de reposición y apelación proceden contra la resoluciones interlocutorias y los fallos de primera instancia. El recurso de hecho cuando el funcionario de primera instancia niega el recurso de apelación.
