El Gobierno dispondrá el estudio y acometerá la construcción de los ramales del ferrocarril del Pacífico, a que se refiere la Ley 30 de 1914 , en las mismas condiciones estipuladas en la presente Ley para los ramales designados en ella con las letras a), b), c), d) y e).
