Desde que sea notificado el auto de señalamiento para la celebración del juicio, queda abierta la causa a prueba, para que dentro de los primeros tres días puedan, el acusado o el Fiscal pedir las que convengan, siempre que sean conducentes, las que deber ser practicadas antes de la reunión del Consejo.
