Prima De Navidad

Prima de Navidad. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo tendrán derecho a percibir anualmente del Tesoro Público una prima de Navidad equivalente a la totalidad de los haberes de actividad que haya devengado el Agente en el mes de noviembre de cada año.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Agente se encuentre en comisión mayor de noventa (90) días en ele exterior, la prima de Navidad será del veinticinco por ciento (25%) del sueldo básico devengado en dólares, a razón de un dólar por cada peso, y la diferencia será pagada en pesos colombianos.
